Burners Media Publishing operates on a strict direct-to-fan distribution model. Artists, musicians, and producers retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property, audio recordings, artwork, and revenues generated through their direct web hub.
We charge zero sales commissions and zero transaction cut on your direct music or merchandise sales.
2. Initial Setup & 30-Day Free Hosting Trial
Initial client registration covers custom account initialization, system provisioning, and web hub configuration.
30-Day Free Hosting Trial: Upon completing initial account setup, your account includes thirty (30) days of continuous web hosting and platform access completely free. Monthly recurring subscription billing begins on Day 31.
3. 6-Month Loyalty Shield & Grace Period Policy
To support independent artists through financial fluctuations, accounts active for six (6) continuous paid months automatically qualify for the 6-Month Loyalty Shield protection program.
- 30-Day Grace Window: If a recurring monthly payment fails, is delayed, or is missed after qualifying, your website, streaming media, and store will remain 100% live and fully active for 30 days past your payment due date.
- Catch-Up Payment Requirement: To bring the account current and maintain service, you must complete a single double payment covering both the past-due month and the current active month prior to or on the 30th day of grace ($70 total for Standard Tier / $80 total for Pro Tier).
- Immediate Suspension Rule: If full payment covering both billing cycles is not completed by the 30th day of grace, website hosting and platform access will be suspended immediately with no further notice.
4. 1-Year Anniversary Loyalty Reward
Accounts maintaining continuous paid active membership for twelve (12) consecutive months will automatically receive one (1) full month of hosting completely free as an annual loyalty bonus.
